I lost over 60 lbs, have kept it offer for 25 years, earned an engineering degree. Engineering led to sales, executive sales management selling to Tier I and II auto suppliers and the appliance industry.
I have owned a number of businesses. Closed some and sold some.
Along the way I wrote four books on health, wellness, nutrition and weightloss.
I have been on TV a few times, on the radio and even had my own radio show for almost three years.
Today I share my experience as a entrepreneur and business owner with other businesses owners to help them scale and grow.
